    (Vatican Radio) The Holy See has told the United Nations that the right to life is at the foundation of human rights. The Permanent Observer of the Holy See to the United Nations, Archbishop Bernardito Auza, was speaking on Wednesday to the United Nations General Assembly Committee Meeting on Human Rights in New York.
